kehilangan kesempatan karena hal sepele

haii guysss, maaf bangeet aku baru semper nulis lagi gara2 kemarin aku bener-bener lupaa ngepost blog karena lg hectic sama kepanitiaan:'''
jadi mungkin sekarang aku mau sedikit cerita aja kali tentang kepanitiaan yang aku jalanin sekarang, karena menurut aku cerita ini terjadi karena kita menyepelekan hal-hal yang kecil tapi berdampak besar buat kedepannya.
minggu2 kemarin aku ditugasin buat screening peserta dari luar kota, nah yang kita tau kan screening itu ga gampang yah. harus bener-bener teliti & diliat satu persatu. karena kalo ada kesalahan pasti kita yang harus tanggung jawab.
aku ditugasin buat megang 3 delegasi, 1 tim itu isinya belasan peserta :'') tapi aku dapat kendala sama 1 tim karena mereka belum ngirim berkas sama sekali ke pihak panitia. akhirnya aku lah yg harus nge back up mereka. tapi mereka kayak "menyepelekan" acara ini. ibaratnya selalu digampangin gitu, padahal dr panitia udah kasih kelonggaran buat kirim berkas ke aku via email. sampai H-beberapa hari technical meeting pun mereka belum kasih persyaratan yang harusnya udh dikasih. alasan dari mereka banyak deh, sibuk dll. akhirnya kami pun mutusin buat memblacklist mereka & mereka digugurin tim nya.
nah, jadi sebenernya inti dari cerita aku tsb adalah jangan sampai kita kehilangan peluang karena alasan yang sepele. kalo kita niat, sesibuk apapun kita pasti akan kita sempat2in atau bela2in buat tujuan itu.
